Ordered the Avocado Ice 🥑🧊 flavor for the protein powder and Island Iced Tea 🍹 for the pre-workout.
I was kinda skeptical and a bit scared that I wouldn’t like the flavors, but they legitimately taste like what you’d expect from their name 😂 and I like them.
As for the performance, I’ve noticed that I’m not sore, or at the very least less sore than I would normally be if I take the protein powder around 30-60 mins after my workout.
The pre-workout works, but I feel it more if I eat less (like just a snack) or don’t eat before taking it. If I don’t eat though, the jitters are THERE 100%. If I eat more though, I don’t really get jitters. Either that or I’ve quickly built a tolerance to it 🤷🏻‍♀️ (I ate more properly the last few times I took it, and didn’t really feel its effects the last 2 times).
If I can update this review, I will.
Overall though, I would recommend Wheyl. In fact, I’ve ordered several other flavors, and got my sister and aunt to order their protein as well, since I appreciate that it’s super smooth/ not grainy at all and they have several different flavors. I will say that I ordered several flavors because I got super tired (umay) of the flavor after taking it every other day.
