This is my first time trying this brand, and honestlyā€¦ Iā€™m impressed!! I take it right after workout (crossFit) and it really helps control my cravings. I stay full for 3ā€“4 hours, so Iā€™m not rushing to eat right away. Itā€™s super smooth, not heavy, and Iactually tastes good (which is a big win šŸ˜). I got the Salted Chocolate and Matcha flavors havenā€™t tried the Matcha yet, but the Salted Chocolate is šŸ’Æ. Overall, itā€™s the perfect post-workout drink that keeps me satisfied and on track. Safe to say this wonā€™t be my last time buying it!! Also stickers soo cute!!
