Effective but Rough

Lots of people like the tingling from the beta-alanine but Iā€™m not a fan. I donā€™t much like the taste but if I use ice and lots of water, itā€™s easier to take.

That being said, itā€™s a heavy dose of caffeine with low calories. Itā€™s perfect for people wanting to lift weights.
