last week, i asked customer service about the pre-workout flavors because i was keen to try one but could not figure out which one to get. i was told that, as someone that loves green apple flavored treats (well, anything green, really), the "green apple surf" flavor would be the right choice because it tastes like green apple sour candy. and they were right! it's delicious and exactly what i want from something that claims to be green apple flavored. my only complaint is that i can't drink it for fun whenever i want because of the caffeine 3 (jk)

as for the protein powder, it's pretty good as well! i got the dark cocoa flavor because i love dark chocolate, and it does taste good. a little sweeter than straight up cocoa powder, and with a hint of salt. although, there still is that "protein flavor" (iykyk), but i can live with it. i don't particularly prefer it on its own, but it blends really well with my oatmeals and smoothies so i'd still call it a win.
