Great gel, terrible packet

I cannot consume maltodextrin gels, so it's really great to finally have one that is a sucrose-fructose mix at such a reasonable price. That said, these things are a nightmare to open during runs. They're hard to tear, and when you do manage to get the tab off, one of two things will happen - either the hole won't open, or it will rip through the packet entirely down the middle, spilling the gel on the ground. I've tried all 3 flavors. The lychee is just right, the fruit punch is ok, the strawberry is cloyingly sweet. I will keep buying because this is the best option for me out there, but I hope they fix this packaging issue really soon.

Good gel content, but having a hard time opening the gel package

The lychee gel is delicious, with nice consistency. It brings me back to my childhood days, eating lychee jello with nata. But I do have a concern in terms of opening the package. By the looks, It looks like it will be seamless opening experience, but the tearing is concerning because midway, it won't go through, maybe because of some thick packaging part that prevents the complete tearing. Hindi pwede biglain, due to the tendency ma-tear hanggang baba, hence spillage. One option is to intentionally cut the other side to facilitate ease in tearing during runs. Another option is to not tear until the end. I only tried this in lychee. Some of my friends have the same experience. Nevertheless, I continue to use the gels on my training runs because of the nice taste and ability to sustain my energy especially during long runs. I hope the packaging problem, be improved

The packaging needs improvement

I ordered all three flavors. I like the taste and the sweetness is just right for me, even though my teammates find them too sweet. However, we all agree that the packaging sucks. It's impossible to open and consume the energy gel while running, not even when walking. You have to be at full stop to open it and consume it. Energy gels for running should be easy to open and consume while running. Please change your packaging to make it that way.

In opening just make the hole for the sip area to make it bigger
