Energy boosting!

This paired with Krea amps up my workouts to a whole new level. Not only does it energize me, it also tastes amazing. I was nervous to buy this as I'm not much of a pineapple fan, but I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. It's not too sweet, and not too sour. LOVE!! <3

The three flavors i enjoyed the most are orange pinya, tropical citrus and strawberry lemonade..peach mango not so much i dont kno if its just me but peach with mango with me is not so good and its the least i would get. Overall cant go wrong with orange pinya/ tropical citrus and strawberry lemonade.

In terms of taste, this probably ranks last for me. It has a certain aftertaste that one may get used to eventually, but still isn't as good as the other 3 flavors. On the other hand, amount of the 3 BCAAs is very good as I believe it has the highest among the 4 flavors.

Does what it claims!

So, the Flux guide says that their BCAAs are meant to: help minimize fatigue, boost endurance, and promote recovery. All I can say is, TRIPLE CHECK. I've recently enrolled in an online live class that meets 4x a week for at least 50 minutes burning at least 400 calories a pop. And at my age, I need all the help I can get. FLUX powers me through the work-out, and at least 4 more hours post work-out to finish the rest of my tasks. It tastes great too! I'm happy to be able to purchase different flavors knowing that it's more than just great tasting hydration.
