🛵 Metro Manila Shipping Options

With the support of William the Whale's ultra-reliable fleet of riders, we offer same-day deliveries from Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm.

Our cut-off for same-day deliveries is at 12nn! All orders placed after that will be delivered on the next available weekday. ⏰

The shipping fee's only PHP99 to anywhere in Metro Manila! 

🏍 Rizal Shipping Options

We ship your order in two ways depending on your area in Rizal: through William the Whale's friendly rider or through J&T Express. 

Same-day delivery is possible for most areas of Angono and Antipolo, Cainta, San Mateo, and Taytay as they're accessible for our riders.

Otherwise, we'll pass your order to our logistics partner and it should only take 1-5 mailing days. Worry not, it should be quick!

The shipping fee's just PHP99 anywhere you are in Rizal!

✈️ Provincial Shipping Options

With the help of our provincial logistics partner, J&T Express, you have two options if you want to receive your order in the province.

• 🚪 Door-to-Door (PHP149) - delivered straight to your doorstep after 1-10 mailing days. 
• 🌴 Branch Pick-up (PHP149) - delivered to your nearest J&T branch after 1-10 mailing days.
• If you want to do a Branch Pick-up, just indicate your designated branch and its complete address as your delivery address at checkout! 👀

The delivery timeline varies per region! Check them out here:

• Luzon - 1 to 5 mailing days
• Visayas - 3 to 7 mailing days
• Mindanao - 3 to 7 mailing days
• Palawan - 3 to 4 weeks

Most provincial areas are covered by J&T Express! But for those that aren't, you'll have to opt for a Branch Pick-up instead. Find your nearest branch here!

🏬 Book Your Own Courier

Perhaps you want to control your own schedule or prefer to book your own courier for your delivery? You'd be happy to hear that we can make that happen from Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm! ⏰

Just make sure to place your order, choose our "Book your Own Courier" option upon checkout, and proceed how you'd normally proceed with your order! ✅

If you'd like to check how much your shipping fee would be, we suggest trying out any pin in the Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City area. 📍

Only GrabExpress, LalaMove, Borzo, Angkas, and Toktok are allowed as on-demand couriers! 🚨

We'll be able to share with you more complete delivery details – specifically, our exact pick-up address – once you're able to confirm your order with a community manager. 🥳

⚠ The shipping fee will be shouldered by you! That means you'll be settling it on your end. 

⚠ We highly encourage fully paid orders for this option as Cash on Delivery transactions may be complicated.
